- Photos are processed entirely in your browser's local storage and sent directly to our AI for one-time processing
- Once your passport photo is generated and you download it, no copy remains anywhere in our systems
- We do not maintain any database of user photos, faces, or images
- The AI processes your image in real-time and does not retain or learn from your photo
Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary:
- Photos (Temporary Only): Images are temporarily held in your browser's local storage during the session and processed by AI in real-time. We do not store, save, or retain any photos on our servers.
- Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details.
- Technical Data: Basic technical data such as browser type for service functionality. We do not track you across websites.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Generate your passport photo using AI technology (one-time processing, no storage)
- Process your payment through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
- Improve our service quality based on anonymous aggregate data
- Send you order confirmations if you provide an email address
- Comply with legal obligations when required by law
Data Storage and Retention
We take a privacy-first approach:
- Your photo exists only in your browser during the session - we have no access to it
- Generated photos are delivered directly to your browser for download - we do not keep copies
- When you close your browser or clear your cache, all local data is automatically removed

- Payment Processor: Stripe processes your payment securely (they have their own privacy policy)
- AI Processing: Google Gemini AI processes your image in real-time to generate your passport photo. The image is not stored or used for training.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission and secure payment processing through Stripe. Since we don't store your photos, there's no risk of your images being exposed in a data breach.
