Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your generated photo is rejected by passport or visa authorities due to non-compliance with photo requirements
- You experienced technical issues that prevented you from downloading your photo
- You are not satisfied with the quality of the generated photo for any reason
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available if:
- The rejection was due to the quality of your original uploaded photo (poor lighting, face not visible, etc.)
- The photo was already successfully used for a passport/visa application
- There is evidence of service abuse or fraudulent refund requests
How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@instantpassportimage.com within 30 days of purchase with your order ID and reason for refund.

If your photo was rejected by authorities, please provide documentation of the rejection (email, letter, etc.).

We will review your request within 1-2 business days.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method.
